4 Days Tarangire and Ngorongoro Crater

Day 1: Mombasa-Tarangire-Arusha

We will pick you from your coastal hotel and drive to Arusha through the Taveta border for lunch at the Serena Mountain village. After lunch drive to Tarangire National Park. Established in 1970 and covers 2600 Square Kilometers, Tarangire Park is one of the most distinguishing sites. In the park are baobab trees which dot the plains. Game en route to Serena Mountain Village. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2: Tarangire-Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, drive across the wheat plains of Karatu to Gibb’s Farm where a delightful farmhouse lunch awaits. Continue to Ngorongoro arriving in the early evening. Dinner and overnight at the Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater

Declared a world heritage site in 1978, Ngorongoro is believed to date back to over 2 million years ago and was once a Volcano as large as Mt.Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a full day of game viewing in the magnificent crater. Picnic lunch at the Crater. Dinner and overnight at the Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge.

Early morning breakfast and then drive on to Arusha. Lunch at the Serena Mountain Lodge. Drive back to your coastal hotel arriving later in the late afternoon.
